1. Dashboard Accounting

View an accounting summary and pending balances for all your properties from your main dashboard. Monitor every set of books from one central place, saving you time.

2. Create a Portfolio

Make a portfolio for the different properties you own or manage. Just click “add portfolio” and add details for each property.

3. Manage Accounting

Click on “Accounting” to view details on rental income, expenses, and tenant payment history for each property.
