What programs do you integrate with?

Currently we integrate with QuickBooks, Excel, WordPress and use API’s to connect with tenant screening companies. If we do not yet integrate with a product you use, just contact us and give us the opportunity to do so. Our priority is to make your experience as convenient as possible.

Does the software work on any device, such as my mobile phone or tablet?

Yes. We work across all platforms, all browsers, and all devices. Our site is responsive, which means no matter the width of your screen, we conform to it. There is no need for a mobile app to download from the app store.

Does your software handle residential, commercial, single family homes, HOA’s, or vacation rentals?

Yes. ManageZoom successfully helps customers manage all types of properties. If you see a feature that you would like added to ManageZoom to improve your user experience, contact us and we’ll make it happen.

I want to install ManageZoom on my computer, how do I do that?

There is no need to install software, all you need is internet access. This provides you with convenience, since you won’t be tied down to one computer.

I want to use your software, but I am using a different software, how can I transfer all my data?

Easy. Export your data from your current integrated software, login and import the data. Need help? One of our representatives will be happy to assist.

Is there an agreement or contract?

There is no monthly or yearly contract. We are a pay as you go service. Whether you want to use us for a month, a year, or 10 years, you decide.

What credit bureaus do you access?

We have access to all three bureaus. However, the bureau will change depending on whether you have gone through an underwriting process (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) or have the applicant verify their identity via email (TransUnion).

When can we access our account or talk to a representative?

You can access your account anytime day or night. Our technicians make sure the site is operational 24/7. ManageZoom representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm PST. If you call outside of business hours or send us an email inquiry, we will be sure to respond within one business day.

Where is my data stored and how safe and secure is it?

We’ve invested great time, money, and care to safeguard your data. In addition, we have policies and procedures plus training in place to go above and beyond minimum security standards. Data is stored on dedicated servers hosted by Rackspace, who we’ve been partnered with for over 10 years. They have one of the top support teams and technicians in the industry.
