This  Services Agreement is between Red Trends Technologies Inc (herein referred to as “RTT”), and the entity or individual agreeing to these terms (Customer). It is dated as the date Customer agrees to this agreement. The Customer desiring to purchase products and services offered by Red Trends Technologies Inc (herein referred to as “RTT”), agrees to furnish information for the purpose of property management on current or prospective investment properties through our secure server. Customer also warrants that it shall not purchase any reports without a signed authorization and Customer shall maintain the original signed authorization for a period of not less than five (5) years. Furthermore, Customer agrees that Customer, its employees or agents shall not run unauthorized reports at any time. No reports will be run on anyone other than bona fide current or prospective tenant(s).

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30 Day Free Trial without obtaining any credit card data. Once your free trial is over, you decide to continue by entering your credit card data and agreeing to our terms and services. Service is paid for 30 days in advance and there are no refunds. Please call customer service at 888-722-0064 if you have any additional questions.

In the event there is a refund provided, the refund will be credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit/debit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are able to login to your account and cancel the next months subscription at anytime. You are also able to call us at 888-722-0064 or email us at customerservice@managezoom.com. Requests must be received 24 hours prior to the last business day of the month.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, Last name, username, and email address of the main admin on file. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted upon registration. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your account.
